Abstract
The appellant, Isaya Simon Mpelumbe (now deceased) through his legal representative, one Mary Agnes Mpelumbe, an administratix of his estate, lodged the appeal to this Court against the decision of the High Court (Land Division) at Dar es Salaam in Land Case No. 89 of 2008.
