Abstract

The court held that the disciplinary hearing is internal process by the employer governed by Rule 13 of the Code of Good Practice and the CMA proceedings as a quasi-judicial tribunal conducts a fresh hearing and that CMA is not an appellate body reviewing disciplinary hearing.
