Abstract
An Act to establish the Rural Energy Board, Fund and Agency to be responsible for promotion of improved access to modern energy services in the rural areas of Mainland Tanzania and through a Fund within the Agency and the Board to provide for grants and subsidies to developers of rural energy projects and for related and consequential matters. 2. This Act shall apply to Mainland Tanzania.
