Abstract

An Act to provide for the formulation, development, promotion, supervision of external and internal trade and implementation of Trade Development Policies and Strategies, to establish the Tanzania Trade Development Authority and to provide better provisions for the functions and powers of the Authority, and to repeal the Board of Internal Trade Act, and the Board of External Trade Act, and for other related matters.
