Abstract

An Act to make better provisions for the participation of public servants in negotiating and rendering advice to the Government and settling disputes in the public service; to repeal the Civil Service (Negotiating Machinery) Act, 1962 and the Local Government Negotiating Machinery Act, 1982 and to provide for related matters.
