THE EVIDENCE ACT, CHAPTER 6 R.E. 2023.

Abstract

This Act may be cited as the Evidence Act. Except as otherwise provided in any other law, this Act shall apply to judicial proceedings in all courts, other than primary courts, in which evidence is or may be given but shall not apply to affidavits presented to any court or officer not to arbitration proceedings.
