Abstract

This Order may be cited as the Excise (Management and Tariff) (Remission of One Motor Vehicle for Construction of 50MWP Solar PV Project in Shinyanga Region) (Ministry of Energy) Order, 2025 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 19th December, 2024.
