Abstract

The 1st respondent obtained judgment in his favour and was declared the owner of Plot No. 576 Block 'G', Boko Magereza, Kinondoni Municipality, the suit land by the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Kinondoni at Mwananyamala in Land Application No. 361 of 2021. The applicant unsuccessfully applied for review in the same Tribunal, then changed her mind and filed for an application for extension of time to file appeal out of time to the High Court. The application was dismissed and still undaunted and desiring to obtain the said extension of time, the applicant lodged a notice of appeal to the Court of Appeal and thus initiated her intended appeal.
