Abstract

This second appeal originates from the judgment of the District Court of Moshi at Moshi (the trial court) in which the appellant was convicted with unnatural offence contrary to section 154 (1) of the Penal Code. He was sentenced to thirty (30) years imprisonment. His appeal to the High Court of Tanzania at Moshi (the first appellate court) was dismissed, hence, the present appeal
