Abstract

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Use of Members Benefit Entitlements as Collateral for Home Mortgage) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 and shall be read as one with the Social Security (Use of Members Benefit Entitlements as Collateral for Home Mortgage) Regulations, 2025 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”.
