Abstract

The appellants were aggrieved by the decision of the High Court (Ngwala, J.) sitting at Mbeya which dismissed their application for extension of time within which to appeal from the decision of the District Land and Housing Tribunal (the DLHT) on a dispute over land. They are now appealing against the impugned decision upon a memorandum of appeal containing one ground faulting the High Court largely for erroneous exercise of its discretion
