Abstract

This appeal arises out of a dispute in the performance of a loan agreement entered between the parties. In the course of execution of the terms of the agreement, the respondent felt that the appellant had breached the agreement consequent upon which he successfully instituted a suit against the appellant seeking for various reliefs before the High Court, Dodoma Registry. The decision aggrieved the appellant prompting him to lodge the present appeal
