‘Parties’ is one of the essential of the suit. It also deals with the joinder, misjoinder, non-joinder of parties, addition, deletion of parties and also representative suits. A suit is a proceeding by which an individual persons that remedy which the law affords. In every suit there must be at least one plaintiff and one defendant.
