The principal Rules are amended in rule 1 by deleting the word “rules” appearing between the words “These” and “may” and substituting for it the word “Rules”

3. The principal Rules are amended in rule 3 by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical order in the new definition.
Citation
These Rules may be cited as the High Court (Commercial Division) Procedure (Amendment) Rules, 2019 and shall be read as one with the High Court (Commercial Division) Procedure Rules, 2012 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Rules.”
