Abstract
This Act shall, without prejudice to the authority of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar over ownership and control of its own national wealth and resources in accordance with the Constitution and the laws of Tanzania Zanzibar in relation to natural wealth and resources, apply to Mainland Tanzania as well as Tanzania Zanzibar.
