dc.description.abstractThe applicants are appellants in Civil Appeal No.14 of 2015 pending in the Court in which the respondent is also the respondent. Having realized that there were:·some missing pages of the transcribed proceedings of the trial court in the record of appeal, and having discovered that shortcoming after expiry of fourteen days within which they could include the same in the record of appeal without leave of the court as provided by rule 96 (6) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules.en_US
