Abstract
In these Regulations "the Commission" means the Local Government Service Commission; "the Council" means the Mtwara—Mikindani Town Council; "the principal Regulations" means the Provident Fund (Local Authorities) Regulations. as from time to time; "the Scheme" means the Local Government Service scheme.
