Abstract
These Regulations may be cited as the Reconciliation, Negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration (Practitioners Accreditation) Regulations, 2021.
Description
The Registrar shall, for purposes of these Regulations and generally the effective implementation of the provisions of the Act, convene meetings of the Accreditation Panel which shall be composed of seven members.
