Abstract
The appellants who are represented by Mr. Mujulizi, learned advocate, were the losing party in a suit which was filed in the Commercial Division of the High Court at Dar es Salaam. They were aggrieved and appealed to this Court. The respondents before us who are represented by Mr. C. Ngalo and Mr. M. Ngalo, learned advocates, were also dissatisfied with certain judgment and cross-appealed.
