Abstract

When the appeal was called on for hearing today Mr.Julius Ndyanabo, learned advocate for the appellant, informed the Court that on 6/8/2007 the appellant filed a notice of motion seeking to file a supplementary record of appeal containing a properly signed decree. The said application i.e. No. 112/2007, is yet to be heard. In the premise, he prayed for an adjournment.
