Abstract

The Respondent, the National Bank of Commerce Limited, is a commercial bank duly licensed under the laws of Tanzania. It is indisputably the successor in title of the defunct National Bank of Commerce which was dissolved, by operation of law, in 1997. The appellants are individuals trading under the name of M/5 Mwanza Textile Enterprises.
