Abstract
This Revised Edition of the Prevention and Combating of Corruption Act, Chapter 329, has been revised up to and including 15 June, 2022 and is printed under the authority of section 4 of the Laws Revision Act, Chapter 4.
Description
2.-(1) This Act shall apply in Mainland Tanzania.
(2) This Act shall also apply to a person who commits any act or omission
constituting an offence under this Act where-
(a) the act or omission occurs elsewhere than in Tanzania; or
(b) the act or omission is done by that person, or for him, by another person
elsewhere than in Tanzania.
