| dc.description.abstract | This reference arises from the decision of a single judge of this Court striking out an application for stay of execution pending appeal to this Court. The respondent, Grace Woiso who appeared in person before us had filed a Preliminary Objection to the reference. After hearing her, and Mr. Buberwa, learned advocate for the applicant, we overruled the objection and reserved our reasons therefore to be given in the final ruling.
