Abstract
The appellant, Paulina Samson was the plaintiff in the High Court of Tanzania (Mwanza District Registry) in Land Case No.44 of 2012. She instituted the suit seeking inter alia,to be declared the lawful owner of a plot of land No.202 Block 'U' in Rwegasore area within Mwanza city (hereinafter "the property'').
