Abstract

The applicant, Airtel Tanzania Pic, is, through a notice of motion made under rules 4 (2) (a) and (b), 11 (3), 11 (4), 11 (4A), 11 (5) (a) and (b), 11 (6), 11 (7) (a)-(d) and 48 (1) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, (the Rules), moving this Court to grant a stay of execution of the Award of the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (CMA) and Decree of the High Court of Tanzania (Labour Division) in Revision Application No. 21385 of 2024.
