Abstract
An Act to make better provisions for dealing with proceeds of crime. 2.–(1) This Act shall apply to Tanzania Zanzibar as well as to Mainland Tanzania.(2) This Act, other than section 63, shall not apply to the conviction of a person for an offence if he was convicted of the offence before the commencement of this Act.
