On 24/4/2007 this Court made an order for substituted service on the respondent Company (hereinafter the Company) by way of publication in the Daily News, The Guardian and Mtanzania newspapers. The order was effected on 30/1/2009 as per the publications made in the relevant issues of the above newspapers.
