Abstract

This application was filed in this Court by way of a notice of motion made under rules 11 (3), 11 (4), 11 (5) (a), (b), and (c), 11 (6), 11 (7) (b), (c) and (d) and 48 (1) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, 2009 (the Rules). The Applicant is seeking for an order of stay of execution of a decree of the High Court in Land Case No. 250 of 2010. The notice of motion is supported by an affidavit deponed by the applicant.
