At today’s date of hearing Mr. Patrick Ngugi, Principal Officer of the appellant Company, informed the Court that Mr. Tadayo, learned advocate, is no longer representing the company. He requested for an adjournment to a date within the current sessions, if possible, to instruct another counsel.
