Abstract

The Court is considering the application made through a notice of motion, pursuant to rules 11 (3), (4), (4A), (5) (a) & (b), (6), (7) (a) - (d) and 48 (1) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, 2009 (the Rules). The essence of the application is that the applicant, Agripina Balanzize, is seeking a stay of execution in satisfaction of a decree stemming from Land Case No. 174 of 2022. An affidavit deponed by the applicant supports the application.
