Hjordis Fammestad, the respondent herein, successfully sued the appellants vide Commercial Case No.6 of 2018, claiming for payment of USD 335,121.59 being the amount withdrawn allegedly without her authorization plus interest rates of 15°/o and 7°/o being commercial and court rates respectively.
