Abstract

On 31 October 2010, there was a General Election in Tanzania Mainland in which the first respondent, the Hon. Highness Samson Kiwia, a Chama cha Demokrasia na Maendeleo (CHADEMA) candidate, won the seat at Ilemela Constituency, defeating his opponent, Dr. Anthony Diallo, a Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) candidate.
