Abstract
The applicant Miraji Ayubu Kimeza, by a notice of motion taken out under the provisions of rule 10 of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, 2009 - GN No. 368 of 2009 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), applies for extension of time within which to lodge an appeal to the Court. It is supported by an affidavit duly sworn by the applicant.
