An Act to provide for sustainable management and adequate operation and transparent regulation of water supply and sanitation services with a view to give effect to the National Water Policy, 2002; to provide for the establishment of water supply organization, to provide for the appointment of the service providers, repeal of the Waterworks Act and to provide for a related matter.
