dc.description.abstract	The appeal arises from the decision of the High Court of Tanzania Land Division (Ndika, J.) in Misc. Land Application No. 48 of 2013, although the said Ruling of the High Court is inadvertently, titled Miscellaneous Land Appeal No. 48 of 2013 (found at page 106 of the record of appeal). In that application, the applicant sought for extension of time to appeal to the High Court challenging the decision of the District Land and Housing Tribunal Ilala District (DLH1) in Land Appeal No. 42 of 2010.	en_US
