GN NO. 05 OF 1961 THE MONUMENTS PRESERVATION ORDER, 1960

Abstract

This Order may fee cited as the Monuments Preservation Order, 1960. The monuments specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be protected Monuments for the purposes of the Monuments Preservation Ordinance. The area of land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a reserved area for the purposes of the Monuments Preservation Ordinance.
