Abstract

By a Notice of Motion taken under rule 10 of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, 2009-GN No.368 of 2009 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), the applicant seeks an extension of time to lodge an application for stay of execution of the judgment of the Tax Revenue Appeals Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal) dated 26.09.2010 in Tax Appeal No. 5 of 2008.
