dc.description	In the case where there is ambiguity, dispute or lacunae with respect to fees payable, a person with an obligation to pay the fees under these Rules shall refer the matter to the Registrar and the Registrar shall assess the fees and give reasons thereof in writing.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires ''Court" means the Commercial division of the high court established under rules 5A of the high court registry rules.	en_US
