Abstract
When the matter was called out for hearing, Mr. Maira, learned advocate for the applicant, applied for an adjournment to enable him to prepare for the hearing of the preliminary objection for the reason that he was served with the notice of preliminary objection here in court, and had not had time to study it so he was not ready for the hearing.
