Abstract
On November 30, 2022, the High Court of Tanzania (Land Division) (Mgeyekwa, J.), (as she then was), dismissed, along with costs, a lawsuit (Land Case No. 242 of 2022) brought by the applicant (then the plaintiff). The respondents in this application were also the defendants in the aforementioned suit.
