Abstract

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the President by section 12 of the Laws Revision Act, I SAMIA SULUHU HASSAN, the President of the United Republic of Tanzania do hereby approve the Revised Edition, 2023 of the Principal Legislation, and proclaim that, it shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 2025.
