Abstract

By notice of motion, the applicant seeks for an order of the Court that the notice of appeal filed by the respondent on 30th August,2019 against the judgment and decree in Labour Revision No.4 of 2018 be struck out. The notice of motion is predicated on Rule 89 (2) and (3) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules of 2009 as amended (henceforth "the Rules'') and it was lodged on 21st July, 2020.
