In this appeal, the appellant, Eric Zablon, faults the Judgment and Decree of the High Court of Tanzania (Labour Division) in Revision Application No. 02 of 2021 dated 8/9/2021, which nullified the proceedings and decision of the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (the CMA) in Labour Dispute No. CMA/MBY/64/2019/AR/59.
