dc.description.abstractThis Act may be cited as the National Elections Act. The provisions of this Act which relate to Presidential and Parliamentary elections shall be read as one with the Constitution. This Act, shall apply to Mainland Tanzania as well as to Tanzania Zanzibar.en_US
