dc.description.abstractThe applicants seek a review of the judgment of the Court dated 11th September, 2007 in Consolidated Civil Appeals No. 105 and 81 of 2015. In essence, they fault the said judgment pursuant to rule 66 (1) (a) and (e) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, 2009 ("the Rules") on the grounds that it was based on a manifest and palpable error on the face of the record and that it was procured illegally.
