THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT REGULATIONS, GN NO. 446 OF 2013

Abstract

These Regulations shall apply to all procurement of goods, works and non-consultancy services undertaken by a procuring entity except where the context provide otherwise in which case the provisions of the Act shall prevail, selection and employment of consultants; disposal of public assets by tender; and procurement under public private partnership.These Regulations shall not apply to disposal of public assets by other methods
