Abstract
An Act to apply a sum of Twenty Two Trillion, Four Hundred Ninety-Five Billion, Four Hundred Ninety-Two Million, One Hundred Sixty One Thousand Shillings out of the Consolidated Fund to the Service of the year ending on the thirtieth day of. June 2016, to appropriate the supply granted for that year, to authorize the reallocation of certain appropriations.
