Abstract

By a notice of motion lodged on 14th July 2016 under Rule 10 of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, 2009, Interchick Company Limited ("the Applicant'') applies for an extension of time to file written submissions in opposition to Civil Appeal No. 37 of 2016 before this Court instituted against it by Mwaitenda Ahobokile Michael ("the Respondent'').
