Abstract

The applicants were on 2nd May, 2018 refused the extension of time by the High Court of Tanzania at Dar es Salaam (Kitusi, l. as he then was) in Civil Application No. 753 of 2016 for lodging a notice of appeal and applying for leave to appeal to this Court to challenge the decision of a full bench of the High Court of Tanzania at Dar es Salaam in Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No. 6 of 2009 dated 24th April, 2014.
