African Banking Corporation (T) Limited, the applicant, lost in Civil Case No 90 of 2011 before the High Court of Tanzania at Dar es Salaam and was adjudged to pay to the respondent USD 2,000,000.00 as general damages and USD 793,377 as a refund, which decree the said respondent/ George Williamson, is bent at getting executed.
